Orange police Wednesday morning investigated two people passed out in a pickup truck on a street in a residential neighborhood.
The 25-year-old Bridge City man in the truck had passed out with a glass pipe used to smoke drugs in his lap. The 24-year-old woman was so intoxicated police called an ambulance to get her medical help.
Police said they went to the Rosewood Drive at Echo Road at 9 a.m. District Attorney Investigator K.C. Brashears was at the scene along with a police patrol captain.
The patrol officer reported that besides the glass pipe the man had a cigarette box on his lap. The cigarette box had 25 Xanax pills inside. Also in the truck were two Quetipine pills.
Police arrested Keith Allen Willingham for possession of a controlled substance. He also had a warrant issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a parole violation.
