The Orange City Council on Tuesday will discuss what streets to improve with $4 million worth of bonds to be sold. The council is having a workshop at 5:30 p.m. in the Danny Gray Community Room at the police station.
Earlier this year, the council decided to issue up to $8 million in bonds with $4 million going to improve streets. The other big project will be a covered pavilion at the Boat Ramp off Simmons Drive.
The city is paying off $10 million in bonds and will be able to issue more without increasing taxes.
Interim City Manager Kelvin Knauf called the workshop to get the council to decide on specifics for the projects.
