Three people won’t be getting any Chick-Fil-A from Orange’s new restaurant anytime in the near future. Orange police gave them trespass warnings Tuesday afternoon because they brandished a paintball gun from their vehicle.
Detective Captain Robert Enmon said police received a call about 3:45 p.m. concerning someone in the drive-through line flashing either a gun or a paintball gun.
After the call, patrol units went to the restaurant, which opened five days earlier. The gun turned out to be a paintball gun. However, the three people, one from Beaumont, one from Pearland, and one from Orange, were given trespass warnings to not come back on the property again.
