The wall of Orange’s new elevated water storage tower can be seen from Interstate 10 near Gloria Drive as the city expands water service to the west. Besides the new water tower, the city is building a water plant and extending lines through the acreage known as Eagle Point.
The new tower will have a city logo designed by social media coordinator Hillary Haynes and will be lit by LED lights at night.
